Bon Jovi - $205m (£125m)

Cirque Du Soleil's Michael Jackson The Immortal World Tour - $157m (£96m)

Pink - $147m (£90m).

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band - $147m (£90m)

Rihanna - $138m (£85m).

The Rolling Stones were the highest placed British artists on the list at Number Six. Their 23 shows brought in $126m (£75m).
