Alison Mosshart’s debut solo song absolutely slaps
Alison Mosshart has been the singer in both The Kills and The Dead Weather, but she’d never had a official solo single until today… and as you could have predicted, it absolutely slaps.
It’s called Rise, is in the same garage rock genre as her previous groups, and is in the final episode of a TV show called Sacred Lies, but you don’t need to have seen any of that for this to bang.
In addition, the video below was created ay Alison. She taught herself editing while in lockdown and cut together a recent adventure in LA.
We really, really hope this is the start of more.
