Atari Teenage Riot have always been an acquired taste, drowning their pop abilities in ear shredding noise and hardcore sounds, but they still managed to produce effective tunes. They split in 2000, and a whole generation of the disaffected were bereft. So imagine what the rush for tickets is going to be like now they’ve announced a one off reunion, at London’s Elecrtic Ballroom on May 12th. Of course Carl Crack can’t be there after his untimely death, but Alec Empire, Hanin Elias and Nic Endo are reported at being on board.
