Barat Narrates Film

When Carl Barat – aka the talented one from the Libertines - said he was too busy to reform the band, we assumed he meant he was doing musical work, particularly a solo album. However, it’s now been revealed that he’s contributed a narration to a film. Alright, not a very big film, but one based around London. It’s called London Docks, 'No Place/Good Place: The Rime Of The Modern Mariner' and is all about the superstitions and folklore of the dockers and sailors. The soundtrack was done by Barat’s ‘Dirty Pretty Things’ bandmate Anthony Rossomando. You’ll probably have to go to a specialist festival if you’re a Barat groupie and want to hear his tones.
