Billie Eilish has to axe fashion line as designer stole the art

Billie Eilish has to axe fashion line as designer stole the art
Billie Eilish has been trying to carve out a style with her clothes, and unfortunately to the deliberately baggy aesthetic we also have to add plagiarism.

Billie had revealed a collaboration with Siberia Hills, who seemed to have presented her with a load of ideas she liked, they ran with it, and a line made: there were t-shirts, there were hoodies, you know the Elilish drill. Problem is, some of that material was nicked from another artist’s work.

Makoto Kurokawa was the victim, and Siberia Hills have now pulled the product, the adverts, issued refunds and offered a sincere apology for getting caught:

“To the talented artist Mr. M_Qurokawa, we apologize for taking from your artwork for our merchandise collaboration with Billie Eilish... Billie and her team were not aware we used your art, they just believed in the product.”
