We’re posting this issue of Black Deer Focus on Friday 13th, a day associated with bad things happening and a horror movie franchise… so we’re tying the focus in by featuring Prosperina, a metal band from Wales.

 

Specifically, we’re tying in their video for the marvellously titled ‘Cult Leader’s Handbook’ which begins with a man dragging a bloody sack through  a forest! The sound is part sludge, part psych, part metallic and put together with real art and verve. 

 

They’re several albums deep into their career, and we’ve also got the video for ‘Proles’ for you, and the vibes are far more serious.
