Bombay Bicycle Club Unplug

At least one band are breaking the trend for rereleasing your album at the end of its sales cycle with just one or two extra tracks to try and coerce fans into buying it again, and that band are Bombay Bicycle Club. (Who don’t come from Bombay, but might own bicycles). They’ve decided to put out a new acoustic record instead, and were more than honest about it to the Daily Record: "We just finished recording an acoustic album, which is hopefully going to come out in May or June… We're working on the proper second album as well, writing and talking to producers.” Perhaps their PR man might want them to omit “proper” next time.
