Buckingham-born Jack Garratt sends Obama copy of debut album, receives personal letter back - look

Jack Garratt has shared a personal letter that he received from Barack Obama, the President of the United States.

Garratt sent the President a copy of his debut record 'Phase' earlier this year, and now he has received a beautiful presonal response.

"A few months ago @POTUS was in London and I sent him a copy of Phase with a note that thanked him for bringing the world closer together," Garratt wrote. "[I wrote] that I was proud to be part of a generation that saw first hand the efforts that went into trying to eradicate hate and promote equality."

Garratt continued: "I wanted to share my thanks and gratitude with @POTUS, a person who wanted to change the world with positivity. I received this today."
