Somebody inside Adidas has realised that even geeks have to wear shoes, and has put together a team up with Star Wars. The resulting promotional footage features a variety of hip looking teens with Star Wars sound effects and visuals in the background, before Darth Vader himself walks through the smoke to a beat driven version of the Star Wars soundtrack. And then, for about a second, the metallic faces of Daft Punk star through the mist in close up. Quite what anybody at any stage of this promotion was thinking is unclear, we presume that’s what happens when the creative team have taken too much plant food.
