‘Dark Night of the Soul’, the Superhero team up between Danger Mouse, David Lynch and Sparklehorse, is finally going to get an official release from EMI. The album was leaked last year – rumours say Danger Mouse backed it – after EMI threw a spanner in the works, creating an “ongoing dispute” which caused the accompanying art book to be released with a blank, recordable CD. Now DM has told the BBC "The problems of last year are last year, so hopefully it will be out soon in June or something like that," while EMI said they were happy to be working with DM “again.”
