David Bowie's musical and final creation 'Lazarus' announces London run - get tickets now!

Alongside David Bowie's stunning parting gift 'Blackstar', there was a piece that was closely related to it and that was the musical he wrote just months before his death by the name of 'Lazarus'.

Tying closely to the book, The Man Who Fell To Earth, the story follows Thomas Newton - the character Bowie originally played in the 1976 film - as he remains on this planet, unable to die. Closely following Bowie's final themes of death and passing, related to the facing of his own mortality and suffering of cancer, this is a piece that was close to his heart and is simply unmissable for Bowie fans. In fact, its New York premiere was the Thin White Duke's final public appearance.

And now, following on from its initial November 18th 2015 - 20th January 2016 New York run, it will be coming to London. Reprising their roles from the original New York production are Michael C Hall, Michael Esper and Sophia Anne Caruso. Full casting will be announced at a later date.

The show will run from the 25th October 2016 to the 21st January 2017, Tuesday to Saturday at 8pm with Saturday and Sunday Matinees at 3pm at the Kings Cross Theatre. Tickets cost from £15 and you can find more information on them here.
