Glastonbury Festival asks Covidiots not to trespass onto the site

Glastonbury Festival asks Covidiots not to trespass onto the site
With the government giving out a confused mess of advice on the Corona crisis, none of which has our best interests at heart, the limits on what is and isn’t acceptable has blurred for many. Which is a nice way of saying Glastonbury Festival has had to ask people not to just turn up at the site for a party, which is what they appear to be doing.

After the number of people popping along to Worthy Farm reached troubling numbers, the organisers released a statement: “Worthy Farm and its surrounding farms are private property and, given the current circumstances, the land used by Glastonbury Festival is closed to the public… Despite this, we have seen increasing numbers of visitors attempting to access the site used by the Festival.”

“For the sake of those who continue to work and live on the site, we would ask that you please do not consider visiting. Those who do attempt to access the site will be asked to leave.”

Or, to put it simply, stay at home you fucking idiots.
