Guess how much a silent album made on Spotify
US Funk band Vulfpeck put an album of silence on Spotify a couple of months back and have raised nearly $20,000 for the stunt.
'Sleepify' is, quite frankly, 10 tracks of complete silence. The band put it online and encouraged fans to stream it on repeat overnight to generate money to go on tour, and the tickets for which would be free.

A royalty statement shared by keyboardist Jack Stratton has now revealed that the band’s final two-month take from Spotify was $19,655.56.
Well done, everybody.
