Holderless Slade for 2014 album?

Holderless Slade for 2014 album?

It’s looking like Slade, the Christmas song titans and 70s hitmakers, will be releasing a new album in 2014. As drummer Don Powell told Metal Express Radio (quoted in NME): "In the New Year we're going to take some time out, will get some songs together between the four of us and expect to have a new studio album. And we'll go out on tour with it."

There is, however, a problem, and that’s vocalist Noddy Holder. He’s not performed with the group for years, and probably won’t be on the new recordings: "I've got to be honest, Nod will never sing again. He's had a think, and he's had enough and doesn't want it. I would love to be proved wrong, but I don't think so."
