It looks like Arcade Fire’s two bad albums have caught up with them

It looks like Arcade Fire’s two bad albums have caught up with them
Arcade Fire are currently on tour in support of their new LP, but if reports are to be believed they’re either playing in venues far too big for their current audience, or their last two albums have stopped people wanting to see them, or both.

The Globe and Mail have figures around 5000 people at a rough average attending each gig, but the problem is these venues seat 10k or 20k people. Sales are down, profits are down, attendance is down and the paper couldn’t get a reply from Arcade Fire.

The paper brought in an economics player to explain, but all you have to do is look at the last two LPs and the dumpster fire of a PR campaign they did recently.
