Jet Claim Clairvoyance Just Look Silly

Australian rock band Jet has passed comment on the demise of Oasis, saying that it wasn’t a surprise, and they could see the split coming as far back as 2005. They told the Sun "If anything I'm shocked they managed to make it work for so long. I'd say it's definitely the end. They didn't get on." To which we can only say, well done lads, you managed to predict the break up of two people who have consistently and bitterly argued with each other from day one, who have heatedly broken up before, and who most people thought would break up at some point after hearing the feuding Wibbling Rivalry record in 1995. It would be harder to find somebody who thought Oasis were going to manage to stay together...
