Kasabian to Score Ritchie Film?

Guy Ritchie, the director of British gangster films like ‘Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels’ who liked to pretend he was street, then revealed himself as a country squire, is now making his post-Madonna comeback. According to the Sun newspaper, he’s targetted Kasabian to help. Richie said "'West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum' is the best thing I have heard this year. I've have been playing it non-stop. I'd love to meet up with the band. The music on the latest album is like a film soundtrack. He's a talented bloke, Serge." Which they’ve taken to mean ‘please soundtrack my next movie’. Probably a good move for the group, even if the film is rubbish.
