Kesha and Pitbull sued for 3 million over riff theft - compare it to original

Pitbull and Kesha have been sued for $3 million for thieving a harmonic riff from Lee Oskar, Keri Oskar and Greg Errico's 1978 track 'San Francisco Bay' in their track 'Timber'.

Apparently the harmonica player was told in the session to "emulate" the sound from 'San Francisco Bay' to give it an "identical texture and sound". Looks like they had it coming...
