Lewis Capaldi gives Glasgow gig goers a free Greggs

Lewis Capaldi gives Glasgow gig goers a free Greggs
Lewis Capaldi continues to show he’s a man of the people with a good eye for funny PR by giving everyone who went to his recent Glasgow show a free Greggs. Now international readers might be wondering what we’re on about, but Greggs are a UK chain of bakeries famous for their sausage rolls and other ‘won’t pass Masterchef but are still great’ delights.

So while on stage in the 02 Academy on Saturday Lewis announced “I’m nothing if not a generous man, right… As a thank you for coming to the show…you see on your wrists? You’ve got a band. Free Greggs!”

We don’t know how many people went and got their present, but those who did were in a for a treat.
