Liam Gallagher and Roger Daltrey form supergroup?

Liam Gallagher and Roger Daltrey will form a supergroup for a reunion of TGI Friday, according to sources.

The Who's frontman and the Oasis singer will lineup with the Lightning Seeds’ Ian Broudie and Ringo Starr’s son Zak Starkey to play 'My Generation', apparently.

A 'source' said the following to a British tabloid: "Liam's got a bit of time on his hands since Beady Eye called it a day last year so he fancied trying his hand at something new. He's told his mates he's pretty bored. Other than Noel, you would be hard pushed to find a better set of bandmates than Roger, Ian and Zak. It's a proper supergroup and the performance will be something to remember."

The likes of Blur, The Stone Roses, Rudimental, Years & Years and more will play at the TGI Friday reunion on the 12th of June. Chris Evans will host.
