Malcolm In The Middle star drumming in the UK

Hollywood star to tour the UK with new band.

Very recently we learned that Malcolm In The Middle star Frankie Muniz doesn't want to do too much acting these days, but instead likes being a drummer. In April 2012 he joined Kingsfoil, who had been around for years and must've thought they'd hit the Jackpot when Frankie showed up with his sticks.

With the potential for everything to be awful about this, the band are actually pretty good and were picking up plenty of good press before one of the most famous teens in Hollywood* joined their ranks. The sound is smooth Indie-Rock that will go down nicely in the Summer months.

Last night they revelaed on their Facebook page that they were touring the UK for the first time, here are the dates announced thus far:

May 17th - The Forum, Hertfordshire
May 18th - Surrey University, Guildford
May 23rd - Walkabout, Nottingham
May 24th - Reading University
May 25th - UWE Students Union - Students Only
May 28th - UEA Students Union,
May 29th - Keele University - Students Only
May 30th - Sin City, Swansea
May 31st - Element Nightclub, Southend

Give them a listen here:

* Well, a few years ago he was. He's 27 now, which makes us feel mega old.
