Malcolm In The Middle star joins band and tours the UK: FREE DOWNLOAD

Kingsfoil started out as a small acoustic duo with Jordan Davis and Tristan Martin as songwriters back in 2002. After successful independent releases of three albums the duo became a quartet and produce three further albums. Their sound is a smooth yet bold mix of Indie and Rock with pepperings of accesible hooks.

In 2012 their drummer left the band and in stepped Frankie Muniz, of ‘Malcolm in the Middle’ fame. Despite Frankie having a 15 year career, including Emmy and Golden Globe nominations, singer Jordan admits that he knew little of Frankie as he was not familiar with the show. However, Frankie had been drumming since he was twelve years old and Kingsfoil shared a manager with an old band of his. Having been a fan of Kingsfoil for a long time before that, he jumped at the chance to be in one of his favourite bands. LIVE THE DREAM FRANKIE!

As we reported a few weeks back, the band will be touring the UK for the first time in May, kicking off this Friday. Speaking to Eagle Radio in Guildford last week, Frankie spoke about how many people come to the shows expecting something jokey but are impressed  when they are served a full Rock show. The band have received a string of solid reviews over in the US, where a sizeable fan base is growing. Their latest album A Beating Heart is a Bleeding Heart reached the Top 40 in the Billboard charts.
