Metallica helping FBI find killer (video)

Video within.

The most famous linkup between Metallica and American law enforcement was to crush people who’d downloaded their music illegally, but now there’s a joint Metallica / FBI initiative everyone can get behind: solving a murder. No, James Hetfield isn’t getting all CSI, but he’s filmed a video appealing for information. Basically, twenty year old Morgan Harrington disappeared after a 2009 Metallica concert, and her body was found in a field three months later. Hetfield has thus filmed a video asking for “any information - no matter how small you might think it is”, because it “could be that crucial piece investigators need to help solve the case." The band has personally added $50,000 to the $150,000 reward. Video below.
