The Warner Brother’s UK CEO, Christian Tattersfield, confirmed last night that Muse are set to release a new album later this year. According to Qthemusic.com, Tattersfield was attending a Warner brother’s showcase last night, where he announced that albums could be expected this year from both Muse and Biffy Clyro. Muse’s manager Anthony Addis has also been talking up the album. Telling Billboard.biz that the band had “now gone into the recording studio... Hopefully, [the album] might come out October “

As yet a firm release date has not been announced.
