New Music: Turnpike Glow

Turnpike Glow recently released their four track Fünke Pop EP, and they’ve got a video for the lead track ‘Heels in Madrid.’ The tune is a summery, almost psychedelic pop shimmer, and the video is interesting, if potentially naughty. Andrea Crema skilfully cut together scenes from four films by Michelangelo Antonioni to create a new whole, but it's disconcerting to see any video where they have to plaster “Please Note: we do not own the right so this footage” on the YouTube entry. But let’s focus on the EP, which is out now.
