Noel to start Solo Career for Charity

Noel Gallagher has played solo shows before, but he’s now announced his first since Oasis officially split. He’s returning to the stage for the Teenage Cancer Trust’s annual shows in London, the fifth time he’ll have been there, and he loves them: "Ten years ago I got a call from Roger Daltrey asking me to join him for the first ever concert for the charity,” Noel said, “Since then I've been honoured to support this amazing charity. I've had some of the best nights I've ever had on a UK stage." There’s no suggestion he’ll be playing new songs, but we can only hope it gives us a flavour of what’s to come.
