Paul Weller joins Noel Gallagher on stage for Festival No 6 headline

While you may have thought a Noel Gallagher festival headline may be lacking a little something, he stormed into Festival Number 6 last night and blew away all the shitty weather, rain and the rest with a great headliner. And he did it all with the help of his mate, Paul Weller.

So take this for a set finale: Noel plays  'Half The World Away' followed by 'The Masterplan' and then decides to drag out Paul Weller for the Jam's 'Pretty Green' and 'Town Called Malice' before rounding off with 'Wonderwall' and 'Don't Look Back In Anger'.

Our writer Greg Wetherall is currently braving his way back through the mud, but until he puts it more eloquently, a video will do!
