Pixies announce London residency and anti tout measures

Pixies announce London residency and anti tout measures
To celebrate the thirty year anniversaries of Come On Pilgrim and Surfer Rosa the Pixies are hosting a five night residency in London. The Roundhouse will be their home from October 30th until November 3rd. Tickets are now on sale.

There’s a bit more to this though, because there’s some serious anti tout mechanisms at work. Here’s the full explanation:

“All tickets are £50.00.
————————
This is the total cost to the buyer and it includes any and all booking fees, postage & packaging, ticket commissions etc.
If a ticket is being sold for more than £50.00 then it will be INVALID, at risk of being cancelled and will be resold to a fan at the correct price.
If there is a ticket for sale on any site other than the ones listed in this email then it will be INVALID, at risk of being cancelled and will be resold to a fan at the correct price.
The only official resale partner for this event is Twickets.
Any tickets being resold must state the Unique Ticket Number (UTN) at point of resale. The Unique Ticket Number (UTN) is an anti-fraud device that enables ticket buyers to know that a ticket is legitimate.
In the event that you need to sell your tickets, it can be done here for face value… http://pixies.twickets.live
Pixies have taken these measures to protect fans and make a stand against profiteering resale sites and ticket touts.
Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions before purchase.”
