Rock Band Uploader Goes Live with 'Big' Acts

We reported a few months ago on the ‘Rock Band Network Store’, through which any band can upload their music and sell it to players for use in the game. It was expected that many unsigned bands would take advantage of the service, which launched yesterday for beta testing, but established acts like Evanescence and Creed (okay, okay, so they’re on the downside of their career now, but they’ve had a few hits) have out their tunes on there. More credibly, Sup Pop is rumoured to be getting songs ready for release, which means you might be able to play the Shins, or Too Many Dicks (on the dance floor).
