Sleeper’s comeback single is here
Sleeper were an indie Britpop band who released some good songs, became surprisingly famous and then split before the millennium. They were also known for being singer Louise Wener and a load of blokes no one could identify if they bumped into them on the street.
Well, 2018 was the year of their re-forming, and a crowd funding campaign has set 2019 up as the year of new LP The Modern Age (March 22nd to be precise). Now we’ve got the comeback single Look At You Now, and let’s be honest, no one has any idea if this is going to be good or not.
But! It’s actually very good, so phews all round.
