Snoop Dog and Martha Stewart to host unscripted TV series

You're used to sweeing him half-baked, but can you imagine turning on the TV only to see Snoop Dogg hosting a cooking show? Well that will soon be a reality as the rapper will be teaming up with TV personality Martha Stewart to co-host an upcoming VH1 show with the working title “Martha & Snoop’s Dinner Party”.

The show will have the duo teaming up every week to host a dinner party with celebrity guests. Martha Stewart has also hinted that the show will have a competitive edge to it, redesigning the traditional food competition shows in a new, different and funny way. While the identities of these of these celebrity guests are yet to be revealed, VH1 describes the 10-episode series as a “half-baked evening of cocktails, cooking, conversation and fun where nothing is off limits”. In relation to the debut of this show, it has been narrowed down to sometime during the autumn season.

While saying that this duo is unlikely and out of nowhere would be an understatement, Snoops has been quoted saying he and his "home girl" Martha "have a special bond that goes back". What he said here does have some truth to it. For two seperate occasions, the rapper appeared Martha Stewart’s own chat show. In 2008 they made mashed potatoes on the programme. He taught her what fo' shizzle, crack-a-lackin, chuuuch, all hood, and ball til ya fall meant.
