Supergrass try Instrument Swapping

How does a far past its commercial peak indie band try and keep things fresh? Why, some keys in the fruitbowl instrument swapping, that’s how! When talking about their forthcoming new album, Supergrass – yes, they are still going  - reveal that on “two or three tracks” several band members play each other’s gear. Meanwhile, the band are being influenced by drones, actually labelling the album ‘Release the Drones’ to drive the point home. Somewhat more predictably for a band in their third decade, Can and krautrock are also mentioned.
