The Chapman Family are not a cult

You really should watch this short documentary...

Over the past couple of years, England’s Chapman Family have put out a couple of critically acclaimed singles and played a few high profile gigs. In the process they have become rather a "Marmite" moment for indie kids and journalists...though as you'll see in the doc  it doesn't seem to bother them one bit.

Recent docu-music video by Tim Mattia ‘The Chapman Family is not a Cult’ brilliantly depicts where the group are now as they lead up to their all important debut album (frustratingly not to be released until next year.) You can catch the band doing a few select tour dates and find out more about them here.

Have a look at the video below - Personally we think this could be THE release of 2011.

Watch out for Kingsley Chapman's tendency to wrap the microphone cable several times around his throat, which then developed into getting the audience to pull on it. Please do not try this down the Dog and Badger.
