Thom Yorke announces one-off solo show for 'Tomorrow's Modern Boxes'

Thom Yorke has announced his first solo show since the release of his massively successful 2014 album, 'Tomorrow's Modern Boxes'.

The Radiohead man will be joined by Nigel Godrich when he plays Tokyo’s Summersonic Festival on August 15 and will perform at the Hostess Club’s all-nighter.

The news was broken by Nigel Godrich online on Twitter over the weekend:

In September last year, Yorke's second album 'Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes' was released via new model BitTorrent Bundles and was downloaded 4.4 million times. It is believed he may have made over $20 million (£13 million) from the album’s release.
