Tiki Torches had to deny they were linked to Nazis

Tiki Torches had to deny they were linked to Nazis
You’ve probably seen the pictures of the Nazis who marched in the US over the weekend, and you might have noticed they were often carrying a very distinct type of flaming torch. The sort of thing more suited to a camp night at the beach than a hate campaign.
Well, imagine if you were the boss of Tiki, the people who made those torches, and what sort of weekend you had. They’ve had to issue a statement distancing themselves from the Nazis, and here’s what they said:
“TIKI Brand is not associated in any way with the events that took place in Charlottesville and are deeply saddened and disappointed. We do not support their message or the use of our products in this way. Our products are designed to enhance backyard gatherings and to help family and friends connect with each other at home in their yard.”
Yes, Tiki were quicker to condemn modern day Nazism than Donald Trump.
