Woodstock 50 loses its Venue

Woodstock 50 loses its Venue
It would be fair to call Woodstock 50 a clusterfuck. What should have been a celebration of a festival that every year revealuates negatively has turned into a rolling disaster. First the festival announced acts that seemed at odds with the heritage, then the main funding partners pulled out, then the festival said it would go on regardless and now…
It was going to be held at Watkins Glen International Racetrack (yunno, not Woodstock), and now WGIR has pulled out after axing the licence: “Watkins Glen International terminated the site license for Woodstock pursuant to provisions of the contract,” said a press release, “As such, WGI will not be hosting the Woodstock 50 Festival.”
So does anyone have a large field and a phobia of competence organisation and / or payment?
