Woodstock 50 organiser makes worst choice possible while pissing on festival’s memory

Woodstock 50 organiser makes worst choice possible while pissing on festival’s memory
Woodstock 50 has had a troubled time, by which we mean clusterfuck. Beset by problems from day one, the event wasn’t even at Woodstock and featured bands which felt out of sync. These problems built to such an extend that the ‘primary funding partner’ Dentsu pulled out and cancelled the festival.

Except co-organiser Michael Lang wants to keep going, and he’s trying to get investment and action on board. Unfortunately for everyone, he’s made a terrible decision which cripples what was left of the optics: he’s hired Marc E. Kasowitz as a lawyer, a man who works for Trump.

Yes Woodstock, the festival whose dreams never lived up to reality, is being forced back into life by a man who sustains the interests of a colluding, should be impeached criminal president. Not a great look is it Michael.
