Yeasayer drop copyright lawsuit against the Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar

Yeasayer drop copyright lawsuit against the Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar
The song Pray for Me from the Black Panther soundtrack is brilliant, but Yeasayer thought they recognised a part of it… so much so they sued allegedly a “distinctive choral performance” had been nicked from their song Sunrise and that the people behind the track had “intent to conceal the infringement.” Those people including The Weeknd, Kendrick Lamarr and more.

However, Yeasayer have changed their mind and dropped the lawsuit. Presumably because no one besides them could hear the similarity.
