Zulu Winter album details (and tune)

Sorry dancing girls.

Zulu Winter perform the sort of driving indie that stays the urban side of pop (that’s dense buildings urban, not radio euphemism for MOBO tunes). Not different, but they do it very well, even if their video for ‘We Should Be Swimming’ featured a sixth form dance interpretation of seagulls. I guess they did it to balance out those marvellous cheekbones. Anyway, there’s an album in the offing: it’s called Language, it’s out on Play It Again Sam, and you can buy it on the big three formats on May 14th. They’ve not played many gigs here yet, but they’ll be headlining a tour to coincide with the LP.
