Aerosmith Face Court Over Cancelled Tour?

Ageing rockers Aerosmith recently had to cancel the rest of their summer tour after singer Steven Tyler fell off a stage and broke his shoulder. Normally fans would understand and insurance would pick up the bill, but there’s an added complication which might land the band in court.

In 2007 Aerosmith cancelled a concert on the Hawaiian island of Maui to player a much larger show in Chicago. This caused great offence in Maui, as you might expect, and as part of a court settlement Aerosmith agreed to play on the island in September of October this year. If they can’t play because of Tyler’s injury? A lawyer working for the gig-goers is adamant the situation will have to be explained in court.
