Massive Attack are back, with friends.

Massive Attack, Bristolian purveyors of moody and emotive tunes, have announced release details for their first new material in three years. The ‘Splitting the Atom’ EP will come out October 5th, and is crammed with guest stars: Tunde Adebimpe from the achingly hip TV on the Radio, Reggae Star Horace Andy on the lolloping, stoned title track, Martina Topley-Bird and err, Elbow’s Guy Garvey, but we suppose you can’t have everything. A full album is out in February next year, which is quite a big gap these days, and Damon Albarn is rumored to appear.
