Red List Live Cancelled

The Red List Live festival, due to take place in England in June, was going to be more than a corporate money making exercise: it was to be a fundraiser, due to donate part of the money made to the Apsinall Foundation to help endangered animal species. Indeed, the festival was due to be held at a wild animal park, so presumably you could watch some bands and then look at some monkeys (please make your own gags here, thanks). Unfortunately the current economic climate, which is best summed up by the sound of someone flushing a toilet repeatedly with someone else throwing money into it, means they’ve had to cancel. They hope to return in 2010.
