another finely crafted byte of off kilter futurism from L-Vis.

L-Vis 1990 grows in profile year by year. A leading force in the taste making Night Slugs crew, the DJ and producer has been an instrumental player in the wielding of modern dubstep production to classic American house motifs, and the subsequent embracing of the sound by indie fans the country over.

Feel The Void is a shining chrome globe of a track, an android utopian fantasy tunnelled through with a throbbing techno bass. ‘Feel the void inside your soul// Let the darkness take control,’ intones Teki Latex, his knowing robotic monotone coming straight from the school of camp 80s Chicago fat blokes... L-Vis’s production, this time helped out by Para One, is gleaming without being anodyne, and slick without being cheesy-- and the result is another finely crafted byte of off kilter futurism.
